WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Develop, implement, and support marketing communications and brand campaigns in the Nordic region.
- Oversee creative content development and event planning.
- Manage BASF's YouTube series "Follow A Farmer," including annual planning, coordination, effective production management, and on-location direction.
- Create and own individual country media plans for effective execution.
- Support annual media package planning with external media partners and procurement.
- Lead campaign analytics to ensure continuous learning and media spend efficiency.
- Track and report marketing analytics including; SEO, web traffic, and social media.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Agronomy background and/or experience (either formally through studies or informally through family).
- Marketing or Communications education and min 3 years experience in marketing department.
- Strong capability and experience in digital media and web platform usage e.g. FB Ad Manager, You Tube Studio, First Spirit (or similar web editing platform), Google Ads.
- Strong capability and experience of marketing content development e.g. Advertising, Copywriting, Film, Articles, PR.
- Balance of Creative yet Completer/Finisher profile.
- Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish.
- Strong English language capability.
